Refund Policy
At GoSeva, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please review our refund policy carefully:
Donations and Cow Adoption
- All donations and cow adoption fees are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to cow care and GoShala maintenance.
- Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your transaction details and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your cow adoption or recurring donation at any time by contacting us. Please note:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email
- Already processed payments for the current period are non-refundable
- Future scheduled payments will be stopped upon cancellation
